Over 50 visitors. That’s great.

The Deterioration in the world 7 — Word matters

Since I’ve been using Microsoft Word in 2000 around, but I still have trouble in creating documents with images (^^;. It’s okay only to set up the columns. I prefer to use Excel for any documents.

So I don’t know the worseness of Microsoft Word, but I found something about it.

WordPad is gone….

On the 24H2 update, WordPad died along with Paint 3D.

One of the hidden pleasures with Windows is that the accessories were surprisingly useful, but WordPad has no advantage other than its fast startup, so I can understand why it was removed. I’ve measured the TXT documents with not to launch by Word. I don’t care about any DOC documents to be honestly.

Anyway, my condolences to all WordPad fans in the world (-_-).

Problems on Microsoft Word

Actually, Microsoft Word is gradually improving, it’s especially great for the variety of templates. I’ve never used it though (^^;.

I can’t find a good one which fits my demand perfectly.

Wrong of person I asked….

There’s no choice but to make it myself (x_x)/.

However, I didn’t learn about design, so the result is what it is (^^;.

There were no templates that used 3D models, so I purposely included them in this design. The bottom part looks a bit lighter, and the eye guidance required for advertising is no longer sufficient. Due to show the various techniques, the finishing is set up like (^^;.
The message is not on the place where the eye is gone, so it becomes a poster which does not understand what is said correctly.

Personally, I would like to see the more 3D-feeling templates like this.

Word’s templates are mostly flatty. The designs are great.

Another technical issue is that it is very difficult to create a text which includes images. It is especially difficult to insert images without gaps. In WordPress, it’s easy to create a tiled gallery. In Word, there is no such thing like ‘section’, so we have to use a table without borders.

It’s like this.

Set all cell margins to zero, click layout, change the image positions here and there, merge cells, and change the position of borders…. It’s a pain (-_-).

It’s good Copilot would make it quickly.

But failed now.
